Warehouse dispatch
Prepare print-ready batches and confirm handover without duplicating fulfillment or email.
Select shipments with ready labels and prepare a warehouse batch. Print the combined labels and packing documents before handover.
Review a historical label's warehouse
Some older or imported labels have no recorded purchase warehouse. In Shipments, select Review warehouse for that label.
- Review the original sender on the label.
- Select the physical facility that holds the parcel.
- Record how you verified its ownership.
- Confirm the selection and save the review.
Matching addresses do not establish warehouse ownership. The review keeps the original sender, PDF, postage cost, and fulfillment owner unchanged. It allows matching labels to join manual batches, scheduled handover, or eligible hub plans.
If the warehouse or label changes, the save retains your draft and shows a conflict. Reload review clears the draft and loads current evidence. A label already claimed by a batch or hub plan cannot change its warehouse review.
Confirm dispatch
Confirm dispatch when the parcels leave the warehouse. Linked Shopify orders wait for confirmed fulfillment. Local orders and hub master boxes receive warehouse confirmation. A mixed batch finishes after every parcel is confirmed.
An imported external label keeps its original fulfillment owner. Handover verifies the captured external contents without creating another Shopify fulfillment.
Review background operations
Open the operation details when a confirmation needs attention. Review changed source quantities, multiple fulfillment locations, or uncertain results before retrying. Recovery checks existing evidence before submitting again.
Set a warehouse calendar and postal rules
In Settings, choose a Warehouse in the Shipping calendar or Postal routing section. Each facility keeps its own closures and postal rules. A disabled facility remains available for policy setup.
Saving a policy leaves other facilities unchanged. It invalidates old rates for that warehouse. If another editor changes the same policy, keep your draft and reload the saved values before trying again.
Schedule warehouse handover
Open Settings โ Warehouse schedules to prepare or dispatch ready labels at a saved warehouse time. New schedules start disabled. Choose a warehouse, weekdays, destination, service, and a minimum parcel count before enabling a schedule. Each slot uses its selected facility's timezone and calendar.
Prepare for manual review creates a printable batch. Dispatch and notify warehouse starts the usual confirmation workflow. Every slot handles up to 50 ready labels with one frozen sender snapshot from its selected warehouse. Schedules reuse existing postage.
A maximum hold age can release a smaller batch at a later slot. Zero waits for the saved minimum. Skip dates apply to one local date. Warehouse closures, carrier closures, holiday coverage, and the daily cutoff still apply.
Recent runs identify prepared batches and outcomes that need attention. Missed slots are not replayed. Changed warehouse settings pause the affected slots until another review and save. Other current facilities keep running. The demo's Simulate next open slot uses local labels and keeps messages in its inbox.
Automatic label ordering
Open Settings โ Automatic ordering to authorize new postage purchases for eligible measured orders. Schedules start disabled. Choose a warehouse, exact account, service, destination, weekdays, and local times before enabling them.
Each schedule uses its selected warehouse timezone and can include morning and afternoon times. Afternoon ordering can prepare labels for the next open dispatch date. Warehouse and carrier closure dates still apply.
Set a maximum carrier price per label, a maximum order count per slot, and one shared daily limit in EUR cents. Enabling or changing an active schedule requires purchase acknowledgment. Linked Shopify orders receive a fresh source and quantity check before purchase.
Every ordering schedule shares the same spending day, from 00:00 to 00:00 UTC. Warehouse timezone changes do not reset the limit. Uncertain and stopped attempts retain their reserved cents. Activity identifies each reservation's spending period, including older records with an unknown period.
Uncertain results retain their original intent and reserved capacity. A later slot does not buy a replacement for that source. Use the existing shipment recovery controls. Warehouse handover remains separate from buying a label.
Linked sources need a matching, unambiguous Shopify location mapping before an automatic attempt is claimed. Choose one warehouse for manual and CSV orders without a Shopify link, or exclude those orders. A changed facility pauses only its affected slots.
The demo prepares sample orders for the selected warehouse and simulates its next open slot with no real postage or fulfillment.
Warehouse notifications
Installed stores queue one notification after the complete batch is dispatched. The recipient is the warehouse address captured when the batch was prepared. Documents remain in the authenticated workspace.
The inbox distinguishes queued email, sending, service acceptance, and outcomes that need review. Acceptance does not confirm delivery. Uncertain sends are not automatically repeated. Queued messages wait when the application's sending limit is reached.
Demo messages remain in the local inbox. No email is sent from the demo.
Hub master boxes
Each hub route names its packing warehouse and receiving hub. Purchased child parcels from that facility can share measured master boxes. The plan preserves the reviewed warehouse, each child's original sender, and its tracking number. Separate facilities need separate plans. Review the measurements and first-leg service before dispatching the master. Changing the default warehouse cannot change its assigned sender.
