Shipping Thing

Labels and parcel plans

Review physical packages, purchase the intended service, and recover uncertain results.

Open an order to review its recipient, items, package dimensions, packed weight, and selected pickup point. Request fresh rates after changing these details.

Purchase and print

Choose the intended carrier offer and confirm the purchase. When the label is ready, download the original carrier PDF. Packing slips and configured export documents are available from the shipment.

A purchased parcel retains its accepted sender and contents. Later warehouse edits do not rewrite those captured details.

Import an existing Easyship label

Open Settings → Existing Easyship labels to connect an account or try the local example. Choose the already fulfilled Shopify source. If the parcel has several tracking references, select the one recorded on that fulfillment.

Review the exact goods, original recipient, and captured values before approving. The import preserves original PDFs and creates no postage purchase or Shopify fulfillment. In Shipments, review its physical warehouse before preparing a handover batch.

Several physical parcels need separate contents and document ownership. The current importer keeps those shipments in review.

Combine or split goods

Use Parcel plans to combine compatible orders or split explicit item quantities across physical packages. Review source contents and reserve the selected quantities before purchasing labels.

Each physical parcel has its own label and captured values. Held goods remain separate. Shopify fulfillment is confirmed independently for each contributing source order.

Recover an uncertain purchase

If the carrier accepted a request but its response was lost, the shipment stays visible for recovery. Reconcile the existing request or follow the reference-review controls. Do not create another purchase to replace an uncertain result.

A delayed label can become available after the carrier booking is confirmed. The original purchase remains the owner of its label and tracking number.

Retire an unused label

An unused-label disposition records that a physical label will not be used. It preserves the purchase evidence and original cost. It does not request a carrier refund or cancel postage.
