Connect carrier accounts
Choose a carrier connection, review its services, and keep credentials private.
Open Carriers to add or review accounts. Merchant label purchases support GlobKurier, direct DPD, and direct FedEx. Available services depend on the destination and your account configuration.
GlobKurier
Connect the account with its actual credentials and billing currency. Review the mapped carrier product, collection method, payment configuration, and any sender collection point.
Checkout prices use the selected product and include the requested insurance value. A purchase checks the current carrier price before submission.
Direct DPD
Supply the account credentials and contract identifiers. Import your actual rate bands and review any contract charges. Contract tariffs must cover the destination and the complete packed weight.
Pickup services retain the carrier's point identity. Selecting a translated display name does not change the service or pickup point.
Direct FedEx
Supply the project credentials, account number, grant type, and service mapping required by your account. Quotes use the warehouse, recipient country and postcode, package dimensions, and packed weight.
Exports need a configured customs profile before checkout offers appear.
Recover a connection
Rotate credentials through the account controls. Do not place passwords or access tokens in order notes or support messages.
If a purchase result is uncertain, use label recovery. Creating another purchase can create another charge.
