Tracking and source confirmation

Read carrier progress and understand its relationship to warehouse and Shopify status.

A carrier tracking number belongs to a physical shipment. Warehouse dispatch, Shopify fulfillment confirmation, and carrier movement are separate events.

Follow progress

Open a shipment to review its stored events and latest carrier status. Background work refreshes supported carrier connections. A delay in Shopify confirmation does not erase an observed carrier scan.

For a parcel containing several source orders, each source receives tracking after its own confirmation. Later confirmations can publish the latest stored scan, including delivery.

Review an exception

Inspect the carrier event before changing the shipment. A delivery exception does not prove that a label was unused or that postage was refunded.

External imports retain their original carrier and fulfillment identity. Reviewing them does not create another label purchase.

Use the demo

Demo tracking advances through local simulation controls. These events demonstrate the workflow and do not contact a real carrier.
