Checkout rates and pickup points

Configure parcel estimates, preview carrier offers, and review delivery dates.

Open Checkout to configure dimensions, packaging weight, cart limits, and pickup options. Installed checkout starts disabled.

Preview a rate

  1. Save the parcel defaults and cart limits.
  2. Choose Ship from warehouse, then enter a destination and sample cart in Rate preview.
  3. Review the offered prices, services, and transit ranges.
  4. Enable rates when the store configuration is ready.

The preview requests prices. It does not purchase postage or create an order. Checkout dimensions are estimates; confirm measured dimensions before purchasing each label.

Shopify sends the shipping origin address with each rate request. Keep saved warehouse addresses consistent with Shopify. The address must identify one enabled warehouse. Missing or ambiguous origins produce no rates. Disabled duplicate addresses also need correction. A preview selection does not change the default warehouse used by public storefront estimates.

Estimate several parcels

Checkout starts with a one-parcel limit. Set Maximum parcels per cart from 1 to 10 to estimate larger carts. Save the per-parcel weight limit and packaging weight before previewing representative carts.

Each box uses the saved dimensions and its own packaging weight. Packing keeps physical units whole and respects each carrier's weight limit. It does not guarantee the smallest box count or geometric fit. A single overweight item cannot produce a rate.

Every box in an offer uses the same account, service, and pickup point. A missing package price removes that complete offer. Prices include all boxes; markup and free-shipping rules apply once to the complete cart. Weight rules include packaging for every box.

Zero-sale items keep their original value. Broker rates omit insurance only when the carrier explicitly permits it. Actual label purchases still require reviewed measurements and any required customs declaration.

Current checkout pricing supports EUR stores and EUR or PLN carrier rates. Your store's shipping rules can add markup, select preferred services, or apply a free-shipping threshold.

Pickup locations

Set the number of pickup options per service. Zero hides pickup offers. Location searches use supplied coordinates, a fresh reviewed postcode correction, public postcode estimates, or the carrier's address directory.

Distances are straight-line estimates. Selecting a point keeps its exact carrier ID with the service choice.

Delivery dates

Estimates use warehouse timezone, cutoff, saved closures, postal routing, and selected holiday presets. Holiday presets have finite coverage. A price can remain available with a business-day range when an arrival date is unknown.

These estimates do not reserve a pickup or guarantee a carrier delivery date. Shopify controls which registered shipping rates appear in its checkout.
